Shipping and Processing
Shipping is always free! Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email letting you know that your order is on the way with tracking. Shipping time is estimated between 3 - 5 business days in the coastal United States. Please note that shipping times are longer for Hawaii and Alaska. We are currently not shipping outside of the US but will be in the future, so stay tuned! Please make sure that you double-check that you enter your correct address at checkout, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
Pre-Orders
Products on pre-order will have an estimated date that the item will be available to ship. This date is an estimated date, the product can come sooner or later than the estimated date. We will send an email notification as soon as your item has shipped with tracking. Please note that once a pre-order is placed we cannot cancel it.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus the return shipping cost. *We do not cover the cost of return shipping, this will be deducted from the final refund. Please note items must be unwashed in new condition in order to be eligible for a return. Items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders placed using promo codes are not considered sale items.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Please email us at cozysupport@kawaiiblankets.com with your order number and reason for your exchange or return. We will send you a shipping label for you to print and ship the product(s) back. Once we receive your return our team will review and process your refund minus the costs of shipping the order back.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
